Where do you operate?
We currently serve Napanee, Kingston, and surrounding communities in Eastern Ontario. Contact us to confirm if we deliver to your location.
What if my car is in a parking garage?
We can deliver to parking garages if the vehicle is accessible and there's proper ventilation. Please add specific instructions in your order notes.
How do you access my vehicle?
You'll receive a notification when the driver arrives. You can meet them or provide instructions for accessing your fuel cap. Our drivers never need your keys.
How do I pay?
Payment is processed securely through the app using your credit card. You'll receive a digital receipt after each delivery.
What fuel types do you offer?
We deliver regular gasoline, premium gasoline, and diesel fuel. Just specify your vehicle's fuel type when you create your account.
How quickly can I get fuel delivered?
Same-day delivery is available based on driver availability. You can schedule deliveries in advance or request immediate service.
